Program Description
If you signed up and paid for an activity or class which you could not attend, you might be eligible for a refund.
If you reserved and paid for the use of a city facility and then had to cancel the event, you might be eligible for a refund.
To determine the eligibility of a refund, the Community Services Department will review the request and guidelines set forth by the City Council. Refund requests must be submitted by the following deadlines and rules:

Start of the 2nd weekend of games; complete and undamaged uniform must be returned at the same time |
Youth camps |

Recreational field trips & excursions |
2 city business days prior to the trip date; no refund if a replacement participant is not found |
Senior Travel Club |
Deadline varies and is set by the tour company; no refund if a replacement participant is not found |
Facility reservations |
5 business days before your event |
Credit card payments will be refunded within 5 business days.
Refunds of payments by check will be mailed to the payee's address, within 4 to 6 weeks of refund approval.
The City will retain a $15.00 administrative fee, unless the class or program is cancelled by the City.
