South Bay Workforce Investment Board

The Board is comprised of members representing business, labor, education, government, economic development, One-Stop partners, and other local workforce system stakeholders. It serves eleven (11) cities located in southwest Los Angeles County, including Hawthorne, Inglewood, Gardena, Carson, Lawndale, El Segundo, Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, Lomita, and Torrance.

The South Bay Workforce Investment Board (SBWIB) provides human resource services at no cost to businesses and job seekers and manages labor programs to keep people employed in the Los Angeles South Bay area.
