COVID-19 Adjustments

The department's counter is currently closed to the public due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Applications, plans, payments, and other documents are still being processed utilizing the following methods:

HOW TO MAKE A PAYMENT

The following payment options are not available at this time:  cash, credit cards, debit cards, and credit card authorization forms.

To pay for permits or other fees, you may mail-in or drop-off a check, cashier's check, or money order for payment.

Note: The following methods are the only available payment options for Residential Property Reports: escrow check, cashier's check, or money order.


SUBMITTING PLANS AND PAPERWORK

It is highly recommended that all plans and paperwork be submitted electronically, unless instructed otherwise. If you are unable to provide digital copies of your plans or paperwork, you may either drop-off your items utilizing our drop-off mailbox and bin, or mail them in via USPS, FedEx, or UPS.


SUBMIT VIA E-MAIL

Submit your plans, permit applications, and other paperwork electronically. Staff will review your e-mail and forward your information to the appropriate department for processing.

DROP-OFF MAILBOX AND BIN

Patrons can leave their applications and payments inside of the drop-off mailbox, which is located to the right of the main entrance doors. The mailbox is checked periodically during normal business hour. Any documents or payments dropped-off outside of our normal business hours will be retrieved on the next business day.

Patrons can leave their plans inside the drop-off bin located just beneath the drop-off mailbox. The bin is not available outside of our normal business hours.

Business Hours:
Opened: Monday - Thursday, 7 am to 6 pm.
Closed: Every Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and on City-observed holidays.
