MISSION STATEMENT
The Municipal Services Department will promote outreach efforts, educate the general public, and enhance citizen safety and preparedness while improving the quality of life in our community.

DESCRIPTION
The Municipal Services Department provides the overall administration for the following services: Code Enforcement, Parking Enforcement, Animal Control, Neighborhood Watch and Emergency Preparedness.

TYPICAL TASKS
Administer and direct all department activities and coordinate those activities with other departments and agencies. Maintain records of all activities, and advise the City Manager and City Council as appropriate. Develop strategies to obtain compliance with conditions that exist to the detriment of the general health, safety and welfare of the people. Encourage outreach efforts from all sections to educate the public on the safety and welfare of the people.
