Notice is hereby given that at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday October 27, 2004 the Planning Commission of the City of Lawndale will hold a public hearing in the City Council Chambers located at 14717 Burin Avenue, Lawndale, California to review the following proposal:

An application was submitted for a time extension to continue the use of a Cyber Café, Special Use Permit (Case No. 04-19).  The Special Use Permit is for the property located at 4727 Artesia Blvd.  Special Use Permit Case No. 02-30 was approved for one year in October 2003.

Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) the City of Lawndale has determined that the project is exempt and a Categorical Exemption has been issued.

The files for this proposal are available for review Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., in the Community Development Department offices located at 14717 Burin Avenue, Lawndale, California 90260.

Any grounds for opposing this project must be made at the time of the meeting, or made in written correspondence. If you challenge this matter in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues that you or someone else raised during the meeting.
