A. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the provisions of this chapter shall be administered and enforced by officers of the county sheriff's department or the parking enforcement officers of the city.
B. In the enforcement of this chapter, such officer and the officer's deputies may enter upon private or public property to examine a vehicle, or part thereof, or obtain information as to the identity of a vehicle. (Ord. 824-97 § 2 (part))
