No person shall place, cause to be placed, leave, push or propel in any manner any bicycle, motorcycle or any other vehicle upon any pedestrian walkway, which the city council by resolution, has specifically designated as reserved for pedestrian use only. (Ord. 934-03 § 1 (part))
