The planning commission acting as the traffic commission shall:
A. Review and approve traffic control devices recommended as a condition of approval for land and planning development permits referred to the planning commission for review and decision.
B. Hear and review any traffic regulations referred to it by the city council for recommendation back to the city council. (Ord. 924-02 § 2 (part))
