The provisions of Section 6.04.030 and 6.04.033 shall not apply to any dog or animal owned by, or in charge or care of any person who is a nonresident of the city and either travelling through the city or temporarily residing in the city for a period not to exceed thirty days or to any dog or animal brought temporarily to the city for the exclusive purpose of entering the animal in a bench show or
dog exhibition and kept exclusively at such bench show or dog exhibition while in the city. (Ord. 627-89 § 1 (part))
