Except as otherwise stated in this chapter, the rules, regulations, provisions and conditions set forth in that certain publication entitled “Los Angeles County Code Title 10, Animals,” as adopted and amended through Ordinance 2004-0049, passed September 7, 2004, is hereby adopted as the animal code of the city.
