Chapter 5.45 TOBACCO RETAILER LICENSE
5.45.080 License denial.
A license can be denied for the following reasons:
A. The application
is incomplete;
B. The applicant failed to provide reasonable supplemental
application information requested by the director;
C. Information submitted
by the applicant is materially false;
D. The application is submitted by a
proprietor with a suspended license or whose license was revoked; or
E. The
application seeks authorization for tobacco retailing that is prohibited by this
code or unlawful under any other local, state, or federal law. (Ord. 929-03
