Consistent with the requirements of Sections 5.37.200 through 5.37.220, and in addition to any other applicable penalty, whether civil or criminal, a massage establishment license and/or massage technician permit may be revoked or suspended by the city manager for any violation of this chapter. By way of example, and without limitation, a massage establishment permit and massage technician permit may be revoked if a massage technician touches the genitals of a patron during the course of any service or task associated with any element of the massage operation as provided in Section 5.37.130(J).
