A. It is unlawful for any massage technician to perform massage services in any commercial establishment other than a premises holding a valid massage establishment license.
B. It is unlawful for an operator of a massage establishment to violate the provisions of Sections 5.37.030, 5.37.120, 5.37.130, 5.37.150, 5.37.160, 5.37.170 or 5.37.180 of this chapter.
C. It is unlawful for any massage technician to violate the provisions of Sections 5.37.060, 5.37.130 or 5.37.090 or to act as a massage technician in any establishment which does not have a license as required by Section 5.37.030.
D. Any person violating the provisions of subsections A, B or C of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 802-96 § 2 (part))
