The owner or operator of a massage establishment shall display the massage establishment license and the permit of each and every massage technician employed in the establishment in an open and conspicuous place on the premises. Passport size photographs (at least two inches by two inches) of the licensee and permittees shall be affixed to the respective license and permits on display pursuant to this section.
