This chapter shall not apply to the following classes of individuals while engaged in the performance of duties of their respective professions:
A. Physicians, surgeons, chiropractors, osteopaths, or physical therapists who are duly licensed to practice their respective professions in the State of California.
B. Nurses registered under the laws of the State of California.
C. Repealed.
D. Repealed.
E. Hospitals, nursing homes, sanatoriums, or other health care facilities duly licensed by the State of California. (Ord. 844-98 § 1; Ord. 802-96 § 2 (part))
