A bingo game shall be operated, managed, staffed and promoted only by members of the licensee organization. Such members shall not receive a profit, wage, salary or any other direct or indirect consideration from any bingo game. This section does not preclude the licensee's employment of nonmember security personnel to provide security services at the licensee's bingo games. (Ord. 585-88 § 2: prior code § 14-131)
