No person shall advertise or in any other way attempt to solicit attendance at a special event prior to the issuance of the permit. Advertisement shall not name the city of Lawndale in any form as a co-sponsor or endorser of the event except for those events specifically authorized as co-sponsored events offered in conjunction with the city of Lawndale and approved as such by the city council. Advertising shall comply with city regulations. Applicant shall forward copies of all event advertisement for staff review prior to distribution. (Ord. 849-98 § 1 (part))
