Prior to the issuance of a permit, the applicant shall provide security, insurance and indemnity agreements as required by the city of Lawndale. Insurance may be purchased through the city's special event insurance carrier. Applicants providing own insurance must provide adequate certification and an executed endorsement form in compliance with city insurance requirements. Fees for insurance may not be waived.
