The director of community services shall accept an application for a non-commercial special event that is filed after the filing deadline, providing there is sufficient time to process and investigate the application and obtain all necessary services for the event. In making this determination, the director of community services shall resolve all doubts in favor of accepting the application.
Applications shall be processed in accordance with the procedures established in the city of Lawndale special events policy. (Ord. 849-98 § 1 (part))
