5.12.020 Coordination of review.

The city manager, or his or her designee, shall coordinate the review of applications for the issuance or transfer of alcoholic beverage licenses and requests for a public convenience or necessity determination within the city in accordance with Sections 5.12.030 and 5.12.040. The city manager, or his or her designee, shall serve as the primary liaison to the department of alcoholic beverage control. (Ord. 791-95 § 1 (part))
