Whenever a member or members of any of the
city's departments are required to be present at a still or moving filming site for safety purposes or to provide protection of city property, as determined by the city manager, the individual or business requesting a filming permit shall be required to pay hourly and administrative fees as established by the city council from time to time by resolution. The fees may be modified as needed to conform to number of persons and classifications required to be present. (Ord. 685-91 § 9 (part))
