Filming permit fees shall be paid by any business or individual requesting to do commercial still or motion filming in the city prior to the start of such filming.
A. Still Filming.
1. For all equipment and vehicles to be located on private property there shall be no fee.
2. For use of public streets for parking equipment there shall be a daily fee as established by the city council from time to time by resolution.
3. For interior and exterior shots in public parks and buildings there shall be a daily fee as established by the city council from time to time by resolution.
B. Motion Filming.
1. For use of all equipment and vehicles to be located on private property there shall be a daily fee as established by the city council from time to time by resolution.

2. For use of public streets for parking equipment there shall be a daily fee as established by the city council from time to time by resolution.
3. For filming of interior and exterior shots in public parks and buildings there shall be a fee as established by the city council from time to time by resolution. (Ord. 685-91 § 9 (part))
