A. Prohibited Businesses. No license shall be issued for any business operation specifically prohibited pursuant to Title 9 or any other provision of this code.
B. Special Commercial Operations. No license shall be issued for any business requiring a special use permit to be issued pursuant to Title 17 of this code unless the special use permit shall have first been approved. (Ord. 685-91 § 3 (part))
