Chapter 1.10 REWARD FOR INFORMATION ON CRIMES
1.10.020 Amount of monetary reward.
The city council may offer a reward up to a maximum of five thousand
dollars payable from the general funds of the city. In particularly heinous
crimes, or where it appears the community is at great risk, the city council is
authorized to increase the monetary reward. In addition, private or other
donations or funds may be added to city's general funds to increase the amount
of the monetary reward offered. (Ord. 788-95 § 1 (part))
