is hereby given that at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday October 27, 2004 the
Planning Commission of the City of Lawndale will hold a public hearing in the
City Council Chambers located at 14717 Burin Avenue, Lawndale, California to
review the following proposal:
A request to reinitiate an expired Tentative
Subdivision Map, Map No. 26754 for condominium purposes at 4157-4159 W. 166th
Street.
Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act
(CEQA) the City of Lawndale has determined that the project is exempt and a
Categorical Exemption has been issued.
The files for this proposal are available for review
Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., in the Community Development
Department offices located at 14717 Burin Avenue, Lawndale, California 90260.
Any grounds for opposing this project must be made
at the time of the meeting, or made in written correspondence. If you challenge
this matter in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues that you
or someone else raised during the meeting.
