Upon passing inspection, your invoice will be processed and payment made typically within 1-week of inspection. A 10% retention will be withheld from each invoice and released to the contractor after the 35-day hold period has lapsed, a Notice of Completion has been filed with the County and all work completed is satisfactory.

Therefore, if you have or plan to obtain the aforementioned requisites and are interested in having your company’s name added to our Contractors List, please contact the City of Lawndale’s Community Development Department’s Great Neighborhoods Program Office at (310) 973-3248 or complete and return the accompanying “Request to be Added to City’s Contractor List” form found at the end of this brochure.

Once your license and insurance information has been verified we will add you to our Contractors List. We look forward to working with you.
